High-density bromide for ultra-high-density clear brines and as a blend component with CaBr₂ and formates in completion and workover programmes.
Application
Completion and workover brines requiring maximum density in a clear single-salt or blended system — saturated ZnBr₂ brines reach ~2.30 sg. Typically used in engineered blends rather than neat for HSE and cost reasons. Corrosion inhibition must be evaluated for the full brine recipe.
