PCT-I-50
PCT-I-50 Oil Well Cement
Non-additive PCT I-50 Oil Well Cement for cementing oil, gas and other wells under low and normal temperature conditions (15–50°C per GOST 1581-2019). Used as a base material for casing cementing and zonal isolation.
Application
PCT I-50 is used for primary cementing of casing strings in oil and gas wells, cementing of shallow intervals, isolation of water-bearing and permeable formations, preparation of conventional oil-well cement slurries, and plugging / abandonment where the cement system is designed for low and normal temperature conditions. For each cementing interval, cement grade and slurry design must be selected according to actual well conditions — temperature, pressure, depth, required slurry density, thickening time and compressive-strength requirements. Slurry properties can be adjusted with cementing additives; the final formulation should be verified by laboratory testing under simulated well conditions.
